Birdy morning

Nice morning with some new additions, but birds to the fore. A nice showy Blackcap isn't something I see very often here, and it was nice to finally add it to the photographed species (another list getting closer to 500 every day!). Also a juvenile Blue Tit and the swans going for an outing. I finally got connected with hoverfly Episyrphus balteatus and Bombus hortorum. Meanwhile on the moth front two captured images of captured moths came back from my longsuffering moth consultant as Small Clouded Brindle and Chrysoteuchia culmella.

On the downside my batter charger broke for the moth trap. Not good timing, but I should have a new one shortly.
